Director General is the lead and head of Administration and Management of CICMCN. DG will also serve as secretary to the council. The Administrative and Corporate office is headed by an Administrator and DG respectively. The routine running of five departments are lead by managers and independent director (non-executive members) of the institute is carried out under supervision of DG.  The incorporated institute have an overriding interest on any matters and issues arising in administration of the institute.
