1. CIMCN was the Lead Consultant and Resource Facilitator at the Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company’s Annual Management Retreat

2. Consultant and Lead trainer on attitudinal change, emotions and stress management for peak performance for officers of the Nigeria immigration service (NIS)

3. We served as training consultant to Bureau of Public Enterprises on Mentoring and Coaching skills for the 21st Century workplace amongst others.

4. We have trained the leadership of NUPENG and PENGASSAN on Ethical Leadership and Partnership Approach to Employee Relations and Trade Unionism (An incoming course programme)

5. The Institute have trained the leadership of NUPENG and PENGASSAN Work Attitude and Accountability for Improved Productivity (An exit course programme)

6. CIMCN served as a trainer on Talent Sourcing and Mentoring for Leadership Management and Succession Planning Training for the Office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation of Nigeria. A faculty member and a resource person for validation of the Policy Document. Also served as a panelist on a service wide stakeholders validation workshop for representatives of all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

7. CIMCN served as the key expert on Consultancy Services and Training for Mentorship on Money Management, Self- Esteem and Entrepreneurship Skills for over 861 Youths, beneficiaries of public works Interventions – Funded by World Bank and European Union through the Federal Government of Nigeria in Delta State.

8. CIMCN was Co- Investigator, Lead Mentoring Expert and Facilitator on Development of a Cultural Friendly Sustainable Research Career Initiative for Women scientists from diverse setting in Nigeria- focusing on reducing Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Gender Gap, using mentorship as an intervention, sponsored by World Health Organization/ Infectious Research Diseases Group.
9. Lead Consultant and Training Facilitator for Kogi Savings and Loans Limited on Customer Service Excellence and Attitudinal Change for Improved Productivity Workshop

10. CIMCN was the Lead Mentoring Consultant for Training of Mentors in the Six Geopolitical Zones of Nigeria for Federal Ministry of Finance, Nigeria / YOUWIN Project that mentored beneficiaries of the business plan competition and enterprise development for job creation.

11. We trained managers of Kaduna Electric on Leadership and Functional Strategies for Performance Management

12. We have facelifted several capacity building training programmes for various department and personnel at all Cardale in Kaduna State\

13. Kaduna, Kogi and Niger State Government: Training Consultants (Human Capacity Building) Work Ethics and Attitudinal Change, value re-orientation, Leadership and Performance management, interpersonal relationship, Effective communication, Retirement Planning, Customer service edge, Personal effectiveness and Stress management, Building Public Health Surveillance System.

14. The Institute have trained and certified over 1000 coaches and mentors in Nigeria.

15. The institute owned Mentoring and Coaching Academy and Accelerated Mentoring Laboratory a learning and growth center.
