CIMCN Women Mentoring and Coaching Colloquium is a  flagship program of the institute that aims to empower women in Africa by fostering a culture of mentoring and coaching. The program focuses on the importance of mentoring and coaching in professional and personal growth and how it can be used to build stronger and more resilient women leaders in every sphere of influence.

The theme of the program is “The Role of Women in Fostering Mentoring Culture in Africa.” This theme is particularly relevant in Africa, where there is a need for women to take on leadership roles and mentor other women to do the same. The program aims to bring together women from different parts of Africa to share their experiences and strategies for building a mentoring culture.

The Colloquium will feature talks and discussions on a wide range of topics related to mentoring and coaching. One of the key goals of the program is to create a network of women mentors and mentees across Africa. This network will provide a platform for women to connect with each other, share experiences, and offer support and advice.

The program will develop and provide  mentoring toolkit that can be used by women across Africa to help them build effective mentoring relationships.
